At home Kettlebell workout

I'm always telling my clients that you don't need fancy gym equipment to work out. 50kg in one gym, is also 50kg in another gym, regardless of how it looks or feels.

In my first work out of 2016, I enjoyed intensive skipping intervals and some basic kettlebell movements in my back garden. It cost nothing and was still as challenging as a gym work out.

Fancy doing your own routine at home? Try this:

Perform the following excersises for one minute each, there are ten excersises, totalling 10 minutes. Repeat twice.

1. Kettlebell Swings

2. Kettlebell Lunges

3. Kettlebell Squat to Press

4. Standing Kettlebell Tricep Extension

5. Kettlebell Alternating Swings

6. Kettlebell Squat to Upright Row

7. Kettlebell Lunge Rotations

8. Kettlebell Standing Press

9. Kettlebell Bicep Curl (single arm for 30 seconds each arm)

10. Kettlebell Side Bends (30 seconds each side)
